We must also ensure that you are motivated and committed to truly embrace change.

To enhance our discovery and due diligence process, we use video calling and screen sharing for our first meetings with you.

This significantly reduces costs by eliminating the need to meet face to face and also reduces time constraints.

FIND - What are you measuring now?

We start by asking you what challenges you are currently facing that you feel are restricting value. A doctor's good health report comes after diagnosis and prognosis. It is the same with any commercial entity.  We may ask questions which may never have been considered before.  This may require an on-site visit with the decision makers.

 

MODEL

Next we create a model of your specific business with an in-built simulation module to identify business's sensitivities. This generates a bespoke report of business data, information and inter department relationships.

This provides a tool to identify the sensitive areas within the business that must be measured using Key Performance Indicator reporting procedures for every department. Also see Business & Financial Modelling.

MEASURE

Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports are generated to establish a performance baseline.

We always begin by implementing easy to use KPI reporting procedures so we can measure exactly where your business is before we go any further. Just imagine this to be like using a SatNav in your car. How can you reach your intended destination if the SatNav can't identify exactly where you are?  See also KPI Reporting.

PLAN

We will consider the answers arising from the discovery and due diligence process and the empirical results from the MEASURE phase.

We will then start planning the proposed solutions and profit enhancing processes.

PROPOSE

We will present our proposed solutions to all your decision makers and agree the next steps.

FIX

If the discovery, due diligence and measure processes identify a need for changes, we begin by building customised solutions, such as: financial reporting tools, operations reporting tools and business modelling aimed at maximising value opportunities and do whatever is within our skill set to produce the desired results.

TRAIN : IMPLEMENT : RE-MEASURE

We believe that the success of a business depends on its people and processes. We therefore pass on the skill and train your people in order to implement the improvements successfully.

As part of the implementation process we update the KPI reporting procedures to take the new processes into account so that we can measure and demonstrate the improvements.

SUSTAIN

We work hard to ensure there are no more drops in performance. It is imperative that changes and success must be sustained.  See Measure and Sustain Improvements.

In order to ensure the success and survival of our improvement strategies, they must be durable and adaptable to changing circumstances, so from time to time we may need to implement further enhancements.
